2019
I recovered part of my geographical tracked history from 2009-2019. From the data collected in mapping application, I extracted the daily rhythms and routines of the places I called home. From this data I selected 10 diagrams — one per year.
These drawings were then transferred onto the pages of a cyanotype publication, utilizing the unique characteristics of this photographic printing process. The cyanotype technique, known for its distinctive blue hue, lent an ethereal quality to the drawings, evoking a sense of nostalgia and introspection.
As the cyanotype publication unfolds, it unveils a labyrinth of interconnected pathways, reminiscent of blueprints or maps, inviting viewers to embark on a journey of exploration and discovery. With each unfolding, new narratives emerge, unfolding a different landscape of memory and time each time.
